I've never been blown away by the menu. It's basically just a sandwich shop with a small menu, but every time I go, the sandwich is fantastic. Soups and salads are excellent as well. They always know the right condiment to put on a sandwich to really bring out the flavor. Could less expensive.
This is my first time having honey baked ham and it was Wonderful service! Nicola had wonderful customer service. I can’t remember the other young man’s name but he was phenomenal and really deserves a raise. Take care of your good employees, and they will take care of your business. I just want to give Vanessa a shout out for her customer service. I called to check on my order and though she informed me there isn't any way to electronically look that up, she was very polite and let me know what to do when I come in store. It is so nice to speak with someone who has great customer service skills. I have called other places to check on orders, and have had rude associates. I eat here probably about 3 times a week, because it's right down the street from my work! i just would like to say that staff is amazing and of course the food. The manager Matt is very sweet as well as the girl that helped me out today (Brittney!)
Really impressed by this place. The store was nest, clean, and well-stocked. Items were laid out in an attractive way. The staff were superb. Two customers in front of me were "special" people with particular expectations, but they handled them patiently. They helped me make a good decision on my food, which was great. They knew several customers by name and gave suggestions for what to pair with what. Jordan was the guy running the register _and_ making food, and he did so with charm, speed, and character. Really helpful people, clean place, great product and service. Would highly recommend.
Making a reservation is good. I went before the rush so it was ok. Of course, they had what I reserved. The prices are not low. It is the ham you want though. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable. My coupon didn't work, but they fixed it super quick, and I was not double billed for a cancel, refund, and re-bill. I always go here for the holidays!
10/10 on the sandwiches, but 100/10 for the staff. The young lady and young man were so kind and helpful, and I even got to have a pleasant conversation with the man. They were very helpful and thorough with making the sandwiches exactly how we would like. The whole family really enjoyed the sandwiches in the car, now that was a very nice experience.
I placed an order for a company event and used a third party app. I selected a time on the app, and for whatever reason, the third party app changed the time. I called the store to explain that our meeting was at a certain time and delivering 2hrs after that wouldn't work. Jordan made it all work out and had it here only slightly after the original time. He went above and beyond to make this work for us. I canceled the order from the app and he even made the pricing better for us. That is a great customer experience. The food is always amazing, I mean - it IS Honey Baked Ham, after all.
